The holiday season is here, and with it comes the cold weather. Make sure to bundle-up, stay warm, take vitamins, and eat a balanced diet. Family get-togethers, though meant to be fun and comforting emotional outlets to our ever busying life styles, can put you at risk of exposure to colds and Flu. You can substantially lower your risk of getting sick by being aware of your surroundings. Be mindful during food handling and preparation. Limit exposure to potential risk factors such as sick children/adults, wash hands frequently, and remember there's still time to schedule a Flu Shot!
